The HER Centre is a registered London based charity providing information, advice, advocacy and support services to women in London Borough of Greenwich. We are recruiting for 2 posts:
The HER Centre Director
Salary - £30,000
Section 7.2(E) of the Sex Discrimination Act applies.
HER Centre is a well established organisation providing client led services to local women since 1997. The post holder will be responsible for developing the centre to its full potential as a leading umbrella network, shape its services to complement existing specialist and mainstream provision and stimulate the provision of new ones where gaps exist.
Requirements of post:
- Previous experience of staff management and working with women
- Experience of successful application and management of a range of funding
- Understanding of multi-agency working
Female Information and outreach Worker
Salary - £22,500 - £24,000
Section 7.2(E) of the Sex Discrimination Act applies.
HER Centre delivers Information, advice, advocacy support to vulnerable women in the community, through an outreach service. The post holder will be responsible for identifying potential partner organisations and establishing an outreach service, with a focus on hard to reach women in the community.
Requirements of post:
